Cancellation Policy

For quality control, all classes need to be pre-booked. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, you must advise Palmy Pilates at least 12 hours prior to the appointment time, otherwise the relevant service fee may be charged, or a visit deducted from your pre-purchased pack of classes (at the discretion of the studio owner).
